Sodion Argus

Sodium-Ion Monoblock

Sodium-ion for backup is more than an upgrade. Argus delivers dependable runtime, fast recovery, long cycle life, and predictable performance in heat and humidity. It supports up to 0.5C backup loads with deep-discharge capability and intrinsically safer chemistry.

Fitting Argus

All three capacities are parallel-capable, so a backup system can scale by adding units rather than jumping to a larger single pack. The 70Ah uses M6 terminals; the 140Ah and 210Ah use M8. All three ship in a PC-ABS enclosure.

Because Argus is supplied as a project-scoped deployment, sizing and wiring are confirmed during an application review of your load, runtime and environment rather than picked off a shelf. The guideline price above gives you a starting point for budgeting.

Common Questions
Can Argus units be wired in parallel?

Yes. All three capacities are parallel-capable, so you can scale backup capacity by adding units rather than moving to a larger single pack.

What is the difference between standard and pulse discharge on Argus?

Standard continuous discharge is 0.5C: 35A on the 70Ah, 70A on the 140Ah, and 105A on the 210Ah. Each capacity also supports a higher pulse rate for short bursts: 140A, 240A and 300A respectively.

Why is Argus priced as a guideline rather than a fixed RRP?

Argus is supplied as a project-scoped deployment. The guideline price per unit gives you a starting point, but an engineer reviews your load, runtime and environment before confirming a final quote.

What enclosure does Argus use?

A PC-ABS enclosure across all three capacities, with M6 terminals on the 70Ah and M8 terminals on the 140Ah and 210Ah.
